Chelsea creates sound baths that feel like a deep exhale. Based on Catalina Island, she weaves together crystal bowls, breath, and intention to help you slow down and reconnect—with your body, your breath, and something bigger.

Her sessions are about giving yourself permission to rest, reset, and receive. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.

  • It’s a relaxing meditation where you lie down and listen to soothing sounds from instruments like crystal bowls and chimes. The vibrations help calm your mind, release tension, and restore balance—no experience needed, all ages welcome.

  • Just yourself.

    Mats, blankets, and all props are provided for your comfort. Feel free to bring water or anything that helps you relax.

  • Dress comfortably in cozy layers. Your body temperature may drop while resting, so socks or a hoodie are great to have on hand.
